Returns are not accepted. Defective products will be accepted for exchange within 14 days. Physical items must be returned in their original packaging and can only be exchanged for the same item.
Downloadable products are shipped electronically by download. Please make a backup of all downloaded products. Downloads that are lost or deleted will need to be re-purchased for re-download.
There are no returns or refunds for workshops booking fees. Seats are limited, ergo, all sales are final.
